Why we price per person, not per m²

With a per-m² lease you also pay for fit-out, furniture, internet, cleaning, utilities and reception. With us all of that is in the price. You budget by headcount and know the exact amount in advance.

  • Contract in 1 hour. We issue a new client’s contract within an hour after receiving all documents. If we miss it, 10% off that contract.
  • Request in 3 days. We review and resolve any member request, problem or complaint within three days, except major infrastructure work. If we don’t, 10% off next month.
  • −50% for members. 50% off all meeting rooms and in-house services at every C-Space location.
  • Leave in 30 days. You can move out at any time with 30 days’ notice. No penalty: the right is written into the contract.

How much is an office at C-Space?

A private office costs from UZS 2,500,000 per person per month in Tashkent and from UZS 1,500,000 in Fergana. The price includes furniture, 300 Mbps internet, utilities, the kitchen and reception.

How much is a coworking desk?

Flex, any free desk in the open space, from UZS 1,500,000 a month. Dedicated, your own desk, from UZS 2,500,000 a month. A one-day Day Pass from UZS 150,000.

Can I work at night and on weekends?

Yes, every location is open 24/7, every day. After 18:00 entry is by Face ID.

Who gets 50% off meeting rooms?

All C-Space members: clients with a private office, Flex or Dedicated. The discount applies at every location in the network.

How much is a meeting room?

From UZS 80,000 an hour, depending on room size (2–18 people). Members pay 50% less. Book online at connect.cspace.uz.

How much is 1 m²?

We don’t lease by the square metre. The price is per person per month and includes furniture, 300 Mbps internet, utilities, the kitchen, reception and 24/7 access.

Is there a deposit?

No. There is no deposit, you only pay for the month.

Is VAT included?

Yes, all prices on the site include VAT.

When can we move in?

Free offices are ready immediately. We sign the contract within 1 hour once we have all documents.

How can I see an office?

Book a tour on the site, on Telegram or by phone at +998 88 484 20 22. We’ll show you free offices and shared areas.

Is there parking?

C-Space has no parking of its own. There are city car parks near the locations, and we’ll point them out on the tour.

What is meeting-room credit?

25% of your payment comes back as credit for booking meeting rooms. And the rooms themselves are 50% cheaper for members at every location. The credit and the discount work together.

Can we leave early?

Yes. Give 30 days’ notice, no penalty.
